We ship to most destinations, as we would like to accommodate all customers regardless of location. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders and typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time the order is received. Depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen, deliveries usually arrive within 3-21 days from the date of purchase. More specific details about your delivery options and estimated shipping times will be available at checkout.

If you have specific delivery needs, please contact us by WhatsApp or email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to customs delays as a matter of standard clearance procedures. This time is beyond the shipping time estimates provided by Chakra by Piya.

All orders are subject to additional payment of duties, taxes and tariffs depending on the rules and regulations of the destination country. These fees are not associated with Chakra by Piya and are to be paid by the recipient of the jewellery at the time of delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer you the possibility to return your purchase within 7 calendar days from the day you received your order. Please note that return shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.

 

The returned Product must be un-used, in original packaging, unassembled, and with original tags attached (where applicable) and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that all returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing), or whose original packaging has been removed, cannot be accepted for return.

 

To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

All returns must be shipped via a trackable courier service (such as FedEx, DHL or registered post) to our office in Hong Kong. Please note that you are responsible for the jewellery and the transportation fees from your country until it reaches us at our office at the following address:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In the event a reversal cannot be done, we will contact you via the contact details provided when you submit your order to determine an alternative refund method.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately and within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including, but not limited to, products that have been customised in any way and products purchased on sale or with a promotional code.
